|  | A Forget Me Not fund is a special, personal way of remembering a loved one. It only takes a few minutes to set up, and then you and others can make donations to the fund at any time.
You may wish to remember a birthday or other anniversary with a regular donation, or contribute from a special fundraising event.
The fund will be in the name of your loved one and will make a lasting contribution to our work.

"Jake is gone, but he’ll never be forgotten
When he died, aged just eight, we were determined to do something positive to keep his memory alive. So on Jake’s birthday, at Christmas, and from our various fundraising activities, all those who loved him make special contributions to his fund. Even now, he brings us together to help others."
