| | | Forget Me Not funds | | | 
Forget Me Not fund is a special, personal way of remembering a loved one. The fund will be in the name of your loved one and will make a lasting contribution to our work.
"Jake is gone, but he’ll never be forgotten. When he died, aged just eight, we were determined to do something positive to keep his memory alive. So on Jake’s birthday, at Christmas, and from our various fundraising activities, all those who loved him make special contributions to his fund. Even now, he brings us together to help others." - Valerie, who set up a Forget Me Not Fund in memory of her nephew Jake.
